PAYROLL SPECIALIST 80-100% (DE/FR) What you can accomplish with us. Ensure the complete management of salaries from the entry to the exit of employees for a defined scope. Guarantee the autonomous, precise, and timely entry of all changes in SAP. Ensure the correct processing of working time data from various work reports (CCT, personnel regulations) as well as from the RTM time management application. Monitor and ensure the correct payment of indemnities related to various absences such as accidents, illness, maternity leave, paternity leave, and military obligations. Monitor and account for social insurance statements (AVS, IJM, AA, pension fund, etc.). Process and monitor family allowances. Prepare and monitor withholding tax statements. Collaborate closely with the HR administration and HR Business Partners. Advise employees on questions relating to salaries and social insurance. Be the preferred interlocutor for insurance companies, authorities, and tax administrations. What characterizes you. Commercial training or equivalent training completed with a specialization in the field of payroll and/or social insurance. Several years of professional experience in a similar payroll function. Knowledge of SAP is an asset. Excellent knowledge of French and German, both spoken and written, indispensable for supporting employees and managers in the French-speaking and German-speaking regions of Switzerland; knowledge of Italian is an advantage.
