Healthcare Application Specialist 80 - 100% (m/w/d) # For our team, we are looking for a competent and IT-savvy personality with a high service orientation. Your Tasks • Active support of our external customers, training and support in the use of our online order portal • Assistance with error reports and questions • Maintenance and administration of master data in the online order portal • Coordination between application users, customer service and internal IT • Identification and analysis of customer needs, development of solution proposals and translation of business requirements into IT requirements • Creation and maintenance of documentation • Analysis of business processes • Collaboration (coordination, specification, testing, rollout) in the further development of our business applications Your Profile • Training as BMA HF or MPA and corresponding professional experience in the field of informatics is an advantage • Knowledge in the field of laboratory diagnostics or medical technology • Very good knowledge in the operation and support of applications used to support the business processes of a medical laboratory • Enjoyment of active customer contact as well as learning and solution-oriented thinking • Communicative, committed and resilient personality with high social competence • Experience in the implementation of IT projects • Flawless oral and written German skills Our Offer • Innovative and appreciative corporate culture • Accredited and future-oriented laboratory operations • Place of work in the center of Zürich • Min. 5 weeks vacation and possibility of purchasing vacation • Regular working hours • Possibility for home office Have we aroused your interest?
