PAYROLL SPECIALIST / SOCIAL INSURANCE PROFESSIONAL 80 - 100 % (m/f)

Your tasks:

• Responsibility for a sub-area of the comprehensive wage and social insurance system as well as deputy at the same level in a small, familiar team of specialists
• Control, monitoring as well as preliminary and subsequent processing of monthly payroll processing as well as the social and personal insurance system including preparatory work for the monthly and annual figures
• Ensuring versatile wage administration as well as management of the time tracking system, personnel mutations etc.
• Single Point of Contact in relation to specific questions (customers, employees, management team etc.) as well as externally (insurances, pension fund, institutions)
• Active participation in various HR projects in the entire company, interdisciplinary cooperation within the entire company on specific tasks, regular exchange with the HR Manager

Your profile:

• Specialist training in Human Resources Management (or comparable training in a business administration environment)
• Minimum two, three years of practical experience in HR payroll (if possible in a specialist function)
• Proven track record in an HR specialist function of a demanding trading, service or industrial company
• German as a native language, knowledge of a second national language or English is an advantage, high IT affinity
• Ideally good knowledge of Swiss labor and social insurance law and the regional HR environment, willingness to travel sporadically to various branches in the region
