Your tasks

• Holistic and professional nursing as well as care of residents in different nursing situations
• Assumption of daily responsibility after careful induction
• Management of primary caregiver nursing
• Organization and accompaniment of medical rounds
• Planning, implementation, evaluation and documentation of the nursing process in an electronic nursing documentation
• Recording and classification of nursing services according to a recognized nursing classification system
• Accompanying HF students
• Collaboration in an interdisciplinary team as well as assumption of general administrative tasks

Your profile

• Completed training as a diplomierte Pflegefachperson HF/FH or an equivalently recognized training
• Joy in passing on knowledge and actively contributing to the education and accompaniment of HF students
• SVEB 1 or a comparable training manager qualification is an advantage or willingness to complete this
• Experience in long-term care is an advantage
• Sound knowledge of the nursing process as well as high professional and social competence
• Experience in dealing with people with dementia is desirable
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing
• Good user knowledge in common MS-Office programs as well as experience with electronic nursing documentation
• Knowledge of a nursing classification system (e.g. BESA) is an advantage
