For this purpose, we are looking for a digital expert who plans and implements concrete projects while leading our internal digitalization and IT team consisting of 3 to 4 people.

We are looking for an innovative personality for the position of

Head of Operations & Technology and IT (m/f) 80-100%

Your tasks

Leadership of the digitalization and IT team with responsibility for personnel and costs, active participation in the continuous development of the digital system landscape and the standardization of processes

Preparation of project budgets and global IT and digitalization budgets, ensuring optimal implementation and cost compliance

Management of technological projects in the areas of management, marketing, transactions, tenant representation, and asset management - from design to successful implementation

Active programming of AI use cases, strong affinity for prompt engineering, collection of internal needs, and implementation of AI solutions

Planning and support of change management measures for the successful introduction of new systems and processes

Your profile

• Deep understanding of business processes as well as their digitalization, automation, and continuous optimization
• Affinity for artificial intelligence and modern digital working methods as well as experience in the targeted use of AI tools to improve efficiency, optimize processes, and support professional daily life
• Excellent prompting skills and ability to use generative AI in a targeted manner for research, analysis, structuring, writing, problem-solving, and solution development
• Professional experience in application, process, or project management, ideally in the real estate or service sector
• Communicative personality with strong analytical skills and pleasure in collaborating with different stakeholder groups
