A variety of projects are already in execution. In prime residential locations, our new construction projects are being realized at representative sites in Zürich. Comfort, quality, and aesthetics are always the top priority in realization. With these tasks, we will inspire you SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGEMENT: Development and implementation of a tailored social media strategy (LinkedIn, Instagram) Definition of target groups, communication goals, and content pillars Creation of a monthly editorial plan Development of texts, hashtag strategies, as well as image, video, and graphic content Creation and maintenance of templates for consistent branding Storytelling and authentic brand communication ADVERTISING & PERFORMANCE: Development and control of advertising campaigns (target groups, budget, placements) Creation of advertisements in various formats (feed, stories, carousels) A/B testing and continuous ad optimization Tracking and analysis of advertising performance STRATEGY, PR & CONSULTING: Consulting function regarding the strategy and positioning of XANIA (appearance, external communication) Support for all marketing activities: promotions, lifestyle gifts, buyer communication Writing press texts and advertisements, submission for awards Website maintenance: adjustments of photos, texts, team pages, as well as creation of stories/blog posts AI-SUPPORTED COMMUNICATION: Active use of AI tools in everyday work (content creation, image generation, automation) Evaluation and implementation of new AI tools for marketing and communication Ensuring that AI-generated content corresponds to the XANIA brand Quality control and brand judgment Building efficient, AI-supported workflows for content production and campaigns SHOWROOM & EVENTS: Support of all showroom partners (correspondence, design of screen visuals, setup and maintenance of screens) Conception, organization, and implementation of events (DrinX with XANIA, partner events) Post-processing and documentation of events Correspondence with XANIA and XANIA Sales With these requirements, you will inspire us EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: Completed education or studies in marketing, communication, media, or comparable field of study Several years of professional experience in the area of marketing, social media, or PR Experience in the real estate, luxury, or lifestyle industry is an advantage TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES: Sound knowledge of the most important social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn) Experience with Meta Business Suite and social media advertising Confident use of common design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) Experience in dealing with CMS systems and website maintenance Knowledge of analysis tools (e.g., Meta Insights, Google Analytics) Experience in event organization is an advantage AI COMPETENCE: Demonstrable affinity for AI tools and their practical application in everyday marketing Experience with tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, ElevenLabs, Langdock, or comparable applications Not a developer, but a competent user: You know what AI can and cannot do Willingness to continuously evaluate and apply new tools PERSONALITY & WORKING STYLE: Strong brand judgment: You know what fits XANIA and what does not Pronounced sense of aesthetics, brand communication, and premium positioning Creativity, initiative, and a structured way of working Very good German skills (C2), English is an advantage Team player with high service orientation and reliability Enthusiasm for real estate, architecture, interior design, and lifestyle HOW WE INSPIRE YOU High degree of personal responsibility with clear competencies Exciting activity in a future-oriented company Professional environment with short decision-making paths Insight into the financial accounting of a dynamic company Professional and personal development opportunities Exciting and challenging activity in a motivated environment WE ARE GROWING.
