Security Solution Specialist – Deutschschweiz & Tessin 100% (a)

As a Security Solution Specialist, you support our sales organization in the sale of all offered security services. Depending on the focus, your emphasis lies either on electronic security (Solutions) or on sales efforts for medium to large SMEs.

In this role, you provide competent advice from a security technology perspective to our sales bodies as well as end customers, conduct customer-specific risk assessments, and maintain close exchange with the responsible market manager.

You continuously keep yourself up to date on the group's entire service and product portfolio and independently ensure your professional further training as well as the creation of sales-supporting documentation.

For our operational department heads, you are the central contact person for electronic security. In addition, you coordinate the processes required for sales and commissioning with the corresponding interface organizations.

Your tasks include, among others:

• Active and independent sale of the offered security services
• Advising and supporting the sales organization with electronic security solutions
• Conducting customer-related risk assessments
• Coordination of relevant processes for possible electronic security solutions with internal and external interfaces
• Ensuring high-quality implementation of customer requirements
• Coordination and updating of CRM activities
• Building and maintaining an internal and external network

In this versatile function, you combine customer consulting, sales, technology, and security and actively help shape the further development of our security service offering.

Ideally, you bring the following requirements:

• Training as a Technical Merchant / Technical Merchant or comparable training
• Several years of experience in a technical, sales-supporting environment, ideally in technical sales, IT, electronic security, or a related industry preferred
• Strong sales talent and sales orientation
• Affinity for digital and technical tools
• Good MS Office skills
• Structured, independent, and careful way of working
• Strong service and customer orientation
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Initiative, flexibility, and resilience
• Very good German skills
• English and French skills are an advantage

Willingness to travel within the assigned regions is required for this position. A company vehicle, also for private use, will be provided. Market-rate compensation is supplemented with an additional bonus and incentive program.
