What you will do: As Senior Manager Client (m/w/d), you will develop effective brand, media and communication strategies together with your team. You will manage client projects and campaigns across all relevant offline media channels, keep an eye on budgets and market movements and be the central contact person for clients and internal teams. * Brand & communication strategy: Development of brand strategies and derivation of suitable media and communication strategies. * Campaign management & digital integration: Planning, implementation, analysis and optimization of campaigns across all offline media channels as well as holistic integration of digital channels into media activations. * Client consulting & budget responsibility: Central contact person for all media-relevant client questions as well as administration and forecasting of client budgets. * Project & process management: Coordination of all client projects and clear prioritization of tasks in the team in close coordination with the Director; also support for the line manager and cooperation with specialist units. * Team leadership & activation coordination: Independent management of your tasks as well as technical guidance and training of junior colleagues. You coordinate and brief internal activation departments. * Market & partner management: Responsibility for the setup and handling of external services and market participants, observation of the competition as well as identification of growth opportunities and support for internal projects. What distinguishes you: * Media experience: Professional experience in media consulting and/or media planning, ideally in a media agency. * Strategic media know-how: Understanding of brand, media and communication strategies as well as experience in the planning and management of campaigns across different media channels. * Client consulting & communication: Confident, communicative appearance and the ability to convey complex contexts in a target-group-oriented and understandable manner. * Organization & quality: A structured, careful and qualitative way of working as well as enjoyment in coordinating multiple projects and tasks. * Responsibility & team spirit: Independent way of working, sense of responsibility and enjoyment in cooperation as well as in supporting and developing junior colleagues. * Language skills: Business fluent German and English skills in spoken and written form.
