The Platform
The Swiss Fund Platform AG brings fund providers and independent asset managers together in Switzerland – digitally via the platform and personally at our Investor Roundtables. Our partners are renowned Swiss and international asset managers, our audience the qualified buy-side: EAMs, Family Offices and institutional investors.

The business model is established and self-sustaining: recurring partnership agreements, events fully booked several times a year in prime Zurich locations, a network grown over many years. The company belongs to the CORUM-Gruppe and is operated as a lean, entrepreneurially managed unit.

The Role
As CEO, you lead the platform operationally and strategically – with short paths, direct reporting to the Board of Directors and the freedom to set your own accents. The role starts as a part-time mandate of 50–70%, but is deliberately open upwards: if the business grows, the role grows with it – up to a full-time workload. How quickly this happens, you largely determine yourself.

Your Focus Areas

• Overall responsibility for results, partner portfolio and further development of the platform
• Acquisition and support of partners (fund providers, asset managers) including contract and price negotiations
• Conception, marketing and implementation of the Investor Roundtables – from topic setting to sponsor acquisition to moderation on-site
• Maintenance and expansion of the investor network as well as quality assurance of the participant base
• Marketing and communication: website, newsletter, LinkedIn campaigns, event documents
• Management of internal resources (internship, external service providers such as web development and design)

Your Profile
Professional

• Several years of experience in fund distribution, in wholesale/intermediaries business, in asset management or in a comparable function
• Resilient network in the Swiss fund and EAM landscape
• Sound understanding of investment solutions across different asset classes
• Business fluent German and English; French is an advantage

Personal

• Entrepreneurial mindset and strong hands-on mentality: In a small structure, the leadership role is inseparably linked to operational implementation
• Sales strength and enjoyment in building long-term relationships
• Organizational talent and sense of detail
• Affinity for digital tools and automation (CMS, e-mail marketing, CRM, AI-supported processes)
