Our Client Channels department designs and develops the physical and digital touchpoints of Zürcher Kantonalbank - from e- and mobile banking to digital opening, onboarding, and lifecycle processes. Millions of interactions with our customers take place daily through these channels.

Within Client Channels, the ID Management & API Banking team is responsible for Customer Identity & Access Management (CIAM) as well as the Open Banking platform of Zürcher Kantonalbank. We ensure secure, easy, and seamless access to all digital banking services, connecting technology, security, processes, and user experience.

In this environment, we are looking for a personality who enjoys thinking deeply, is analytically strong, and takes responsibility with a pronounced ownership mindset. You bring technical flair and security affinity and want to develop yourself in topics such as CIAM and Open Banking - without having to be an expert yet.

Your Tasks

• Collaborating on the further development of our Open Banking platform as well as our solutions for digital customer identities and access permissions (CIAM)
• Collecting, analyzing, and structuring functional and technical requirements together with business departments, security, and IT
• Translating requirements into features, user stories, specifications, and test cases for targeted implementation in the development teams
• Supporting the coordination of work packages and smaller sub-projects - from conception to go-live
• Close collaboration with development and operations, including participation in testing, rollouts, and the introduction of new solutions
• Active participation in a stable and secure operation - incl. second-level support, analyzing malfunctions, and coordinating measures
• Collaborating on ensuring the regulatory and security-relevant requirements in the CIAM and Open Banking environment
• Supporting the consultation of internal stakeholders (e.g., business departments, architecture, security) regarding requirements, feasibility, and dependencies

Your Profile

• Completed studies (Uni, FH) in computer science, business informatics, economics, or a comparable education with a strong IT focus
• 2-5 years of professional experience in business engineering, business analysis, or a comparable technically oriented environment
• Initial experience or great interest in process and data analysis as well as in methods of requirement gathering (e.g., UML, BPMN, mock-ups)
• Experience in agile working methods (e.g., Scrum, SAFe) is an advantage
• Very strong analytical thinking skills and enjoyment in structuring complex relationships and preparing them in an understandable way
• Perceptible technical flair, high security affinity, and motivation to familiarize yourself with topics such as authentication, authorization, digital identities, and secure access
• Strong ownership mindset with clear and structured communication as well as enjoyment in collaborating with different stakeholders
• Excellent German skills as well as good English skills
