For a small, interdisciplinary office for architecture and interior architecture in the Zurich region, we are looking for a Project Manager (80-100 %) with enjoyment in building in existing structures, starting immediately or by arrangement. You are responsible for renovation, interior fit-out, repurposing, expansion, and upward extension projects, as well as replacement new buildings across all phases.

Your tasks

• Independent project management of studies, preliminary projects, and construction projects in existing structures as well as interior architecture projects in new buildings
• Analysis of existing buildings, constructions, materials, and usage potentials
• Conception, design, execution, and detailed planning including space, material, color, and light concepts
• Tendering, award, and works contracts according to SIA 102 and SIA 118
• Cost estimates, cost forecasts, and ongoing cost control with Deltabaucost
• Schedule planning, construction management, and quality assurance
• Coordination of specialist planners, contractors, suppliers, and authorities, leading of project and construction meetings
• Direct accompaniment of the client, preparation and documentation of decisions

Your profile

• Degree in architecture (ETH/FH) or interior architecture (BA/MA FH) or equivalent, basic training as Zeichner:in EFZ Architektur or Hochbauzeichner:in is an advantage
• At least 6 years of experience as a Project Manager in Switzerland, including execution planning and construction management
• Proven experience in building in existing structures
• Sound knowledge of SIA 102 and SIA 118, experience with building applications is an advantage
• High design and constructive standards
• Very good knowledge of Vectorworks 3D and willingness to switch to Archicad from 2027, Deltabaucost, Affinity, and Asana are an advantage
• Independent, structured way of working, team spirit, and strong communication skills
• German at least C1, English at least B2
