Tasks & Challenges

• Professional leadership of the management team as well as ensuring service and quality
• Independent management of a real estate portfolio and competent contact person
• Active participation in the optimization and further development of services, processes and internal standards
• Taking over and coordinating projects
• Deputy personnel leadership of the team in the absence of the responsible management
• Maintenance and further development of management processes

Qualifications & Competencies

• Further education in real estate management, ideally as a property manager with a federal diploma (eidg. Fachausweis)
• Several years of professional experience in property management
• Initial leadership experience is an advantage
• Structured, reliable and quality-oriented way of working combined with a strong understanding of service
• Confident and trust-building appearance towards different stakeholder groups as well as enjoyment of working in a team
• Good MS Office user knowledge; experience with a common real estate or ERP solution is an additional plus
