Honda Automobile Zürich - branch of the Honda importer

As a branch operation of the Honda automobile importer, we are looking for a friendly:

Employee as support for our customer service to complement our team

Your tasks:

• Customer care at the reception, by telephone, and via email
• Appointment scheduling of customer orders
• Creation of orders, offers, and invoicing of the work performed
• Ordering of spare parts
• General administrative activities
• Support and deputy in the spare parts warehouse

What you bring with you:

• Reliable, customer-oriented, expeditious, and exact working style
• Completed vocational training as an automotive specialist / mechatronics technician as well as commercial further training
• Ideally already experience in customer service in a car dealership
• Enjoyment of personal and telephone contact with customers
• Good German skills in speaking and writing, English and other languages are an advantage
• Teamwork skills
• Confident use of a PC is required
