These are your tasks
Total project management of building services engineering
Responsibility for the technical and organizational leadership of the internal project team
Close cooperation with other specialist departments
Planning and realization of projects of different sizes from the study up to the handover to the client with the support of planners and junior project managers
Project management of a sub-trade
Technical and spatial coordination
Preparation of submission documents
Interface to the client and direct contact person

This is what you bring with you
Education as Dipl. HLKS-Ingenieur/in FH/HTL / Techniker/in HF/TS or several years of professional experience in an adequate position is an advantage
At least 5 years of professional experience
Social and leadership skills to lead interdisciplinary project teams
Reliable personality with a goal-oriented way of working as well as integral thinking
You bring a high level of customer orientation
German language skills in spoken and written form
Good knowledge of modern work tools (MS-Office and CAD)
Interest in developments in the industry
Ability to be enthusiastic and enjoyment of demanding work
