To strengthen our Incoming Business team at the Zürich location, we are looking for, immediately or by arrangement, Mandate Manager Incoming Business (m/f/d) 80-100% What you move * You advise and support foreign corporate clients across all industries (except BVG) that operate branches or subsidiaries in Switzerland * You communicate with broker partners in our international Funk Alliance network and ensure regular reporting * You ensure that global insurance programs are implemented locally in Switzerland in compliance with the law * You create risk analyses, insurance concepts, tenders and place the risks * You define the insurance strategy with the customer and create the implementation plan during the annual risk and insurance meeting * You develop solutions in cooperation with the insurance companies and internal specialists * You accompany and support our customers in the event of claims Why you succeed * You have completed an insurance apprenticeship, the VBV exam or the insurance specialist certificate and have several years of experience in the corporate business of an insurance broker or an insurer * Your way of working is characterized by structured, reliable and responsible action with high quality standards * You can become enthusiastic about companies from various industries and have strong communication skills in word and writing * You are proficient in all MS Office programs * You want to use your proficient German and English in your daily work Your joy in dealing with people, your commitment and self-discipline round off your profile What awaits you with us We are proud to be a modern, future-oriented family business.
