Senior Payroll & HR Specialist 80-100% (a)
Your tasks:
Carrying out all salary and time accounting in accordance with current legal regulations
Handling all administrative work and settlements with all social insurance providers
Monitoring and further processing of electronic time and expense tracking
First point of contact for employees and managers regarding wage and social insurance questions as well as other HR matters
Processing and monitoring of insurance benefits in case of illness, accident, maternity, etc.
Responsibility/processing of withholding taxes for the entire company
Assistance with the reconciliation of monthly and annual closings
Maintaining contact with superiors, employees, authorities, and insurance companies
Participation in HR projects and testing in payroll
Your profile:
Several years of professional experience in the areas of wages and social insurance
Sound Abacus knowledge, as well as confident handling of IT applications
A flair for numbers, conscientious and trustworthy
Solution-oriented and very responsible
Team player with an exact, committed, and efficient way of working
Business fluent in German, other languages such as French and Italian would be an advantage
