Tasks

In this exciting sales- and closing-oriented advisory function, you are responsible for processing loan applications and can apply your sales flair to our first-class product range. This includes the recording and examination of written and telephone loan applications and the development of solutions tailored to customer wishes. As a customer advisor, you offer our customers excellent service and work closely with internal interfaces.

We are looking for a new colleague who will take on the following core tasks:

• Processing and examining incoming loan applications
• Verifying customer information and documents regarding accuracy and authenticity
• Communicating and conveying credit decisions to the customer
• Telephone advisory for customers regarding the «BANK-now-Offering»
• Consistent exploitation of potential (refinancing of external loans, realizing up-selling potential, selling complex products as well as cross-selling)

• Stylistically confident German as well as business fluent in English, French, or Italian. Any additional language is an advantage.
