Then now is your chance! ### Tasks • Strategic and operational advice to executives on all personnel-related issues • Management of the entire recruitment process - from personnel requirements planning to the conclusion of the contract • Support for employees and supervisors in development, conflict, return, disciplinary, and termination meetings • Co-design and further development of modern HR processes, instruments, and systems • Support in personnel and succession planning as well as in talent management processes • Planning and implementation of training sessions, workshops, and employee events • Participation in cross-departmental projects as well as support during new openings • Predictable travel activities (decentralized HR organization) Requirements • Completed further education in the HR field (e.g., HR-Fachausweis or comparable qualification) • Several years of professional experience as an HR Business Partner, ideally in gastronomy • Very good knowledge of Swiss labor law and HR processes • High affinity for digital and data, confident handling of HR tools • Strong advisory competence and a confident appearance towards executives and employees • Proactive, independent, and flexible personality with high social competence What we offer Your contact person Marion Heinzle, Human Resources
