Our company's own pension fund manages and supports around 1'600 insured persons. In a small team, we are responsible for the interface between insured persons, pension fund bodies, and the employer. Your tasks * Support and operational relief for the management: + Preparation of decision-making bases for the pension fund bodies and monitoring of the resolutions and their implementation; + Organization and minuting of meetings; + Representation in case of absence; * Collaboration in the technical and administrative management as well as the financial accounting; * Project and process management: Conception and control of projects for the further development of the pension solution and business processes as well as progressive digitalization. Your profile * Completed degree in business administration or law or equivalent training (Eidg. dipl. PK-Leiter or DAS or MAS Pension Fund Management); * Several years of proven experience (preferably also leadership experience) in the field of occupational pension schemes; * Sound knowledge of Swiss pension and social insurance law; * Experience in pension fund administration and in financial accounting; * Experience in accompanying change processes and projects.
