Welcome to the Zürichberg. Directly next to the historic 4* Boutique-Hotel Zürichberg, the Fondue Chalet Zürichberg becomes a seasonal meeting place in winter. Here, Zurich residents, excursionists and hotel guests as well as locals find classic cheese fondue from regional suppliers, meat fondue and raclette, as well as a vegan fondue from New Roots. The hut magic with picturesque views makes you forget that this special place of work is less than 20 minutes away from Zurich city center. The passionate team takes care of the guests and creates special experiences -- even during unique events. Are you our new team member who will support us as a Cook starting October 01, 2026? We are looking for a total of 2 people to support us at the Fondue-Chalet on a fixed-term basis until February 05, 2027. Your area of responsibility: --------------------- • Independent management and organization of the hot and cold kitchen as well as a small dessert selection • Completion of all mise en place work for Chalet Zürichberg. (Cheese fondue, meat fondue and raclette) • Ensuring a constantly high quality of food • Preparation of all dishes according to the offering • Cooperation in goods reception and warehouse management. • Contribution of ideas for the further development of an inspiring and an innovative menu planning • Ensuring cleanliness and order in the working environment • Completion of general tidying and cleaning work • Implementation and ensuring of quality standards and the Sorell and ZFV guidelines (hygiene and occupational safety, service, etc.) Your strengths: -------------- • Basic training as Cook: EFZ • Experience in Swiss cuisine • Experience with cheese specialties • Good oral and written German skills • Enthusiastic <<Foodie>> and connoisseur • Team player • Passion for the cooking profession and joy in guest contact • Clean and independent way of working With us you will find: ------------------- • An 'en guete' job • Dynamic working environment • Freedom for ideas and creativity • Scope for development • Corporate culture characterized by responsibility and trust
