Good for life - that is our motto. As part of the Education Directorate of the Canton of Zürich, the Amt für Jugend und Berufsberatung is responsible for the services of child and youth welfare as well as vocational counseling. At the center of our work are children, adolescents, and families.

The Zentralstelle Support operates in the heart of the Amt für Jugend und Berufsberatung. It provides administrative support to the office management and staff. In addition, it ensures smooth processes in the building. It is the contact point for security, art, IT coordination, reception, telephone switchboard, housekeeping, facility management, as well as for the operation of the in-house cafeteria.

We are looking for an engaged and friendly person for cooperation in Housekeeping & Cafeteria, starting February 1, 2027, or by arrangement, who will support us Monday to Thursday or Friday, each in the afternoon.

Your tasks ###

• Management of the internal cafeteria and the courtyard
• Cleaning of tables and dishes
• Seminar preparations and inspection of meeting rooms
• Managing office supplies on the floors
• Processing of emails and inquiries
• Care and watering of plants in the courtyard and on the roof terrace
• Assistance during events, carrying out errands

Your profile ###

• Very good oral and written German skills
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams
• Knowledge and enjoyment of plant care
• Clean and reliable way of working
• Friendly appearance
• Interest in the concerns of our office
• Very high willingness to help
