• Active support of customers as well as sale of products and services.
• Cross- and up-selling
• Building as well as long-term maintenance of stable and sustainable customer relationships.
• Comprehensive advice in the areas of mobile technology, internet and TV.

YOUR PROFILE

• Completed training in retail or an equivalent or comparable training.
• Several years of practical experience in a sales environment, preferably in the telecommunications sector.
• Strong closing skills as well as the ability to advise customers convincingly.
• Reliable, resilient and flexible personality who feels comfortable in a dynamic environment.
• Fluent German skills in speaking and writing, additional languages are a plus.
• Convincing and confident appearance
