Real Estate Manager with Federal Diploma of Higher Education 80-100% (all)

For our client in the city of Zürich, we are looking for a reliable and conscientious Real Estate Manager with a Federal Diploma of Higher Education (all). This is a direct permanent position that can be started immediately or by arrangement.

Tasks

• Independent management of a versatile residential and commercial portfolio
• Carrying out apartment inspections and handovers during initial rentals and tenant changes
• Personal support of tenants and owners
• Ensuring the flawless maintenance of the properties
• Carrying out property inspections and creating condition reports
• Processing rental agreements and rent adjustments
• Collaboration in the further development of systems and processes

Requirements

• Completed commercial training or technical training with commercial further training
• Federal Diploma of Higher Education as a Real Estate Manager mandatory
• at least 5 years of professional experience in real estate management
• Good knowledge of accounting and real estate law (OR, ZGB, SchKG)
• Very good German skills in spoken and written language
• Confident handling of MS-Office as well as knowledge of RIMO R5 is a great advantage
