Job description
Kita Management (60-80%) - shape the future of Gigelisuppe from December 2026 or by agreement The Kinderkrippe Gigelisuppe in Zürich has been offering loving and high-quality care for children from three months up to kindergarten entry for 26 years. In two mixed-age groups, we promote the development of the children in a warm, cordial, and child-friendly atmosphere. Our credo is: "Promote, but do not overtax". Our house with a garden is located directly at the Balgrist stop - a quiet retreat in the middle of the city of Zürich, optimally accessible and simultaneously close to forest and meadow. Your tasks: - Overall operational management of the Kita in exchange with the management - Implementation and further development of our pedagogical concepts - Personnel management and responsibility for apprentice training - Administrative tasks such as accounting, occupancy planning and organization of everyday Kita life - Communication and cooperation with parents, authorities and the management - Active participation in childcare What you bring: - Completed leadership and vocational trainer training in the social sector - Several years of experience in a Kita management function - High social competence, cordiality and patience in dealing with people - Motivation, resilience and joy in showing initiative and taking responsibility - Routine in administrative tasks as well as good IT skills - Excellent communication skills in spoken and written form as well as a confident and appreciative demeanor What awaits you with us: - 5 weeks of vacation and an additional day off on your birthday - 13th month salary - Daily sickness benefit insurance - Versatile working environment with room for initiative and creativity - Targeted training and further education opportunities - A committed and supportive team - A workplace that you can actively help shape - Excellent public transport connections What particularly distinguishes us At our place, a cordial atmosphere and partnership-based cooperation in the team come first.
