Customer Support Specialist (m/f/d)

Your tasks with our client:

• Customer advisory: You are the first point of contact for customers with outstanding claims and provide competent support via inbound and outbound telephone calls.
• Finding solutions: You analyze the causes of payment arrears and develop individual, sustainable solutions together with the customers.
• Payment agreements: You negotiate suitable payment plans and actively support customers in stabilizing their financial situation.
• Service Excellence: You always answer general customer inquiries professionally, in a solution-oriented manner, and with a high service mindset.
• Administration: You document customer conversations precisely in the system and contribute to efficient case processing.

Qualifications

What you bring with you:

• Education: Completed commercial basic training (EFZ) or a comparable education/qualification.
• Languages: Stylish German as well as very good French skills in spoken and written form (mandatory). Other languages are an advantage.
• Competencies: Strong enjoyment of telephone customer contact, negotiation strength, and communication talent.
• Soft Skills: High service orientation, empathy, as well as the ability to always act confidently and calmly, even in demanding situations.
• IT skills: Confident handling of common MS Office applications and a high digital affinity.
