Customer and Partner Manager (m/f/d) 100% The Schweizerische Zentralstelle für Baurationalisierung CRB is the competence center for standards in the construction industry. On behalf of the construction industry, we develop tools for planning, execution and management together with partners and specialists from practice. Due to a succession arrangement, we are looking for an independent and service-oriented personality for our location in Zürich. Your tasks Sales and acquisition: You are responsible for the sale of all CRB products and services in internal and external sales, including new customer acquisition in German-speaking Switzerland and partly in Ticino, and generate revenue Consulting and support: You competently advise customers, partners and interested parties regarding CRB solutions and thus build long-term business relationships Representation: You represent CRB at internal and external events and strengthen the network through close cooperation with manufacturers, software providers and professional associations Order processing: You independently take care of the administrative and organizational tasks surrounding customer support (correspondence, offers, orders, reports and statistics Your profile Completed commercial and construction-related basic training with corresponding further training or several years of experience in sales Very good language skills in German and good Italian skills (English and French an advantage) Good user knowledge in MS-Office and experience with ERP systems Strong communication skills and assertiveness Empathic, convincing, customer- and team-oriented personality What awaits you You work in an environment that allows for design.
