SPECIALIST SITE MANAGER FIRE PROTECTION (m/f/d) Full-time | Part-time possible
What awaits you:
You accompany projects from planning through to realization to acceptance and commissioning and take on tasks in fire protection quality assurance across all phases.
You primarily supervise construction projects in the execution and commissioning phase, coordinate and check the factory and assembly planning and supporting documentation of the relevant trades in a timely manner.
You check the implementation of fire protection measures on-site and ensure that these comply with the regulations, the application framework of the construction products and the concept.
You document the on-site controls and the examinations of the supporting documentation from planners and contractors carefully and provide these to the planning team and the client.
You work closely and in a coordinated manner with all project participants and communicate transparently with clients, architects and specialist planners, contractors and system operators as well as authorities.
What you bring with you:
You are a civil engineer, architect or have vocational training in the construction industry, further training as a site manager or a comparable qualification.
You convince through several years of experience as a site manager, project manager or a comparable role.
A lateral entry into the field of fire protection is also possible with appropriate technical training – we will qualify you in our own fire protection academy!
You enjoy working in an interdisciplinary, dynamic team.
You have very good German language skills in speaking and writing as well as confident MS Office user knowledge.
