Learn more about UZH as an employer! ### Tasks As a student assistant, you will support the office of the School for Transdisciplinary Studies in study-administrative and organizational matters as well as in the implementation of communication measures. Your tasks include in particular: • Organizational and substantive support of the study-administrative processes of the STS • Collaboration in semester planning and maintenance of the course catalogue • Preparation and evaluation of module bookings and attendance rates • Preparation and organization of events and committee meetings incl. the creation of presentations • Research tasks for the creation of memos and concepts • Collaboration on and further development of communication measures incl. maintenance of the corresponding channels (e.g. website, newsletter) • Maintenance of social media (esp. Instagram) Profile You are in an advanced Bachelor's or already in a Master's degree program and see yourself as a team player. You possess a high degree of independence and can quickly and flexibly adapt to new tasks. Well-developed self-learning skills, very good communication skills, and a conscientious and quality-conscious way of working round off your profile. You can express yourself confidently in German and English, both spoken and written. Initial work experience (via internships, part-time jobs, volunteering) is desired. Knowledge of Content Management programs (e.g. Magnolia) and layout and cutting programs (e.g. Canva) is an advantage.
