You will work in one of our teams - Ambulant, Paramedizin or Stationär - and support the employees in operational day-to-day business with your know-how. Have you perhaps already gained initial experience in benefits processing, do you appreciate a dynamic environment, work in a structured manner and like to contribute actively to the team? What you can achieve • Support in benefits processing in our Operations Center • Independent examination and processing of benefit cases as well as requests for cost guarantees according to KVG and VVG • Assessment and clarification of benefit claims in cooperation with our trusted doctors What you bring with you • Completed medical or commercial basic training • Experience in the benefits department of a health insurance company is an advantage • Very good German skills in spoken and written form, other foreign languages are a plus • High level of independence and quick comprehension • Communicative, open-minded and committed personality Your team Our team takes responsibility - with an overview, heart and the ambition to become a little better every day. We attach great importance to a positive team spirit, support each other and master challenges together.
