After-school care manager, Schule Untermoos, 80 %

With the introduction of the day school in August 26, our childcare offering and the number of children to be supervised have grown - therefore we are expanding our team and creating additional positions. For our childcare, we are looking for an engaged and proactive after-school care manager at the primary level, effective immediately or by arrangement. You will work at a workload of 80% five days a week and are entitled to at least eight weeks of vacation during school holidays.

Tasks ##

• You will take over the professional management of a cluster team and value close cooperation with the teaching team.
• You promote and support the children in their development as well as in their social skills and accompany them authentically, understandingly, and appreciatively.
• Constructive and appreciative cooperation in the team, at school level, and with the parents.
• You complete administrative and organizational tasks routinely and efficiently.
• Interest in participating in pedagogically oriented working groups.

Profile ##

• Degree as a Social Pedagogue FH or HFS; or Social Worker FH or HFS (for applications with a foreign diploma or specialist certificate, a Swiss diploma recognition must be attached)
• Ability for constructive cooperation within the childcare team as well as in interdisciplinary cooperation within the school team
• You are a motivated, open, and solution-oriented personality with a positive view of humanity
• Great flexibility as well as strong teamwork and communication skills
• Professional experience in working with children
