In our «Gastronomie / Retail» team, we are looking for an upbeat personality to provide commercial support to our real estate managers with a portfolio of commercial and retail spaces.

Tasks ##

• Recording and processing tenant concerns
• Obtaining offers and organizing order and procurement processing
• Administrative management of tenant files and data maintenance in the SAP system
• Appointment organization such as meetings, viewings
• Participating in the preparation of heating and operating cost statements
• Invoice accounting, dunning, collection tasks, and turnover statements
• Special tasks within the framework of projects

Profile ##

• Completed commercial training, preferably with further training as a Clerk Real Estate Management
• Several years of professional experience in the real estate industry
• Customer & service orientation, high social competence and communication skills
• Ability to work in a team, independent way of working and good comprehension
• Cost-conscious thinking and business understanding
• Proficient use of MS Office programs and advantageously with the SAP system
