For the Stationäre Wohnintegration, we are looking for a motivated personality as of 01.12.2026 or by agreement.

Tasks ##

• During the day (no night shifts), you will care for our 80 clients with addiction and mental impairments in the residential home.
• You are the reference person for residents and coordinate the care services.
• You are responsible for the implementation of the care process, including crisis intervention.
• You work independently in a cross-professional team 365 days a year.
• You are responsible for interdisciplinary cooperation with specialists and referring agencies.

Profile ##

• A degree as a Pflegefachperson HF/FH
• Experience with people with addiction or mental impairments / acute psychiatry is an advantage
• High social and self-competence in dealing with difficult life situations
• Independent and responsible way of working as well as a strong awareness of quality and service
• Enjoyment of working in a complex and demanding specialist field
