Job description ## Physiotherapist (50 - 100 %) with additional function as Deputy Head of Physiotherapy For our interdisciplinary practice for spinal medicine with surgeons, neurologists, pain specialists and physiotherapists in a central location near Zürich HB, we are looking for an engaged and qualified physiotherapist with interest in the deputy management function, starting immediately or by arrangement. Our practice is a branch of Spital Zollikerberg and therefore benefits from its established benefit system. Your tasks • Independent physiotherapeutic treatment of patients with a focus on spinal and musculoskeletal complaints • Planning, implementation and documentation of evidence-based therapies • Close interdisciplinary cooperation with doctors and other specialist disciplines • Deputy Head of Physiotherapy • Supporting the management in organizational, professional and administrative matters • Participation in the further development of treatment processes, quality standards and internal procedures Your profile • Completed training as a physiotherapist (BSc/MSc or equivalent, SRK recognized) • Professional experience in the musculoskeletal / orthopedic field is an advantage • Enjoyment of interdisciplinary cooperation in a spinal medicine environment • Enjoyment of responsibility - management experience is a plus, not a must • Practice permit for healthcare professionals in the Canton of Zürich or meet the requirements for it • Structured, responsible and team-oriented way of working • Initiative and desire to help shape things We offer • A varied and multifaceted activity in a specialized, interdisciplinary practice • Central location in Zürich with very good accessibility • Employment 50 - 100 % • Attractive employment conditions including the benefit system of Spital Zollikerberg • Colleagues with high expertise who also enjoy sharing their knowledge • Short communication channels.
