Your challenge as Team Leader Reintegration and Pension: You lead a team of around 15 employees from administration and customer advisory. Together, you are responsible for the efficient, competent, and uniform processing of IV applications. Your employees clarify expectations with customers and provide information on reintegration possibilities. They review the documents, coordinate further procedures, and process cases efficiently. In doing so, they are supported by subject matter experts. Time plays an important role. If a job position is still available, an initial status meeting with our customers is conducted as quickly as possible. You bear the personnel responsibility for your team and, together with the subject matter experts, ensure the strategic direction, attitude, and quality.

What you bring with you.
You have a university degree or a commercial basic training with qualified further training (e.g., business administration further training or Case Management). In addition, you bring professional experience in the field of social insurance or in case work.

What else do we expect from you? You have a quick grasp, are solution-oriented, enjoy change, and deal constructively with different interests. You have a positive view of people and reflect critically on your own actions. You know how to create a work environment in which employees are given freedom and can contribute ideas for improvements.
