Internship Business & Data Analyst

Your future begins here # In the university internship at Swisscom (from August/September), you will gain an in-depth insight into Channel Management and Marketing. You are co-responsible for Churn Prevention and Retention Management and thus contribute to revenue security. Together with stakeholders from various areas, you have the opportunity to make a difference. You conduct market and customer analyses, create reports, monitor performance, and work closely with the Business Analysts. You also design marketing and customer loyalty measures, implement them, and monitor their success. In this way, we contribute to securing revenue and increasing customer loyalty. • Creating reports on cancellation requests and other topics within the Channel Management team • Further automating and optimizing reports • Analyzing key figures and deriving measures from the results • Carrying out incentivization of the assisted channels to sustainably increase prevented cancellations • Actively supporting and participating in the data migration for future reports Your Skills ## • Master's degree (Uni/FH/HF) in Business Administration, Economics, Business Informatics, Marketing or similar fields • Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially in Excel and PowerPoint • Enjoyment of numbers and data-driven working • Quick comprehension and structured, independent way of working • Proactive and team-oriented personality • Good networked thinking and understanding of business contexts • Very good German and English; French is an advantage With us, you have the opportunity to work in one of our offices in Switzerland or in the home office.
