Tasks ###

• Independent construction management of high-quality residential construction projects
• You will supervise demanding residential construction projects in the Zurich area, including above all multi-family houses with 5 to 12 residential units, exclusive condominiums, high-quality single-family houses with demanding architecture with high-end finishing standards
• Coordination and leadership of all contractors and specialist planners involved in construction
• Ensuring quality, costs and deadlines across all project phases
• Accompanying the projects from execution planning to handover
• Close cooperation with the project management and the planners
• Responsibility for several projects in parallel with manageable project volume

Profile ###

• Experience as a construction manager in Swiss residential construction
• Experience both on the planning side and in execution
• Technical basic training in the construction environment, for example as a bricklayer, electrical installer, heating planner or comparable
• Further training as a construction manager, technician HF or comparable qualification
• Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working
• High quality standards and a strong sense of responsibility
