Your tasks

• Standardization and simplification of development and planning processes for clear and understandable procedures.
• Development of adapted processes in different contexts: from legacy systems to new developments and medical devices.
• Ensuring that regulatory and normative requirements are judiciously integrated into our development processes and implemented effectively on a daily basis.
• Clarification of roles, responsibilities, and interfaces within software development as well as with adjacent domains.
• Establishment and monitoring of relevant KPIs as well as creation of meaningful dashboards to ensure transparency on performance and quality.
• Organization and coordination of collaboration with partners.
• Training and anchoring of processes, roles, and working methods.
• Elaboration of concepts and structured decision bases for management, rigorous follow-up of decided measures.
• Representation of software development management in defined themes, projects, and committees.

Your profile

• Several years of experience in a professional software development organization, ideally in a regulated environment.
• University degree in business informatics, informatics, or management.
• Very good understanding of modern development, planning, and release processes.
• Experience with agile methods and ideally evolutionary models.
• Structured, precise, and reliable way of working; you can translate complex requirements into clear procedures and concrete instructions.
• Calm and overview in complex situations, ability to consciously define priorities and approach subjects in a systematic and coherent manner.
• Communication adapted to the audience and inclusive with management, the product organization, quality management, and other stakeholders.
• High autonomy, implementation strength, and a cooperative working style.
• Experience with engineering KPIs, RTE, or regulated software is an advantage.
• Fluent command of German orally and in writing, ideally knowledge of English or French.
