Cook / 80–100 % (Restaurant Viadukt and Lead Catering Bogen F) Restaurant Viadukt in Zürich is looking for a Cook / 80–100 % (Restaurant Viadukt and Lead Catering Bogen F) Restaurant Viadukt offers its guests market-fresh dishes in a unique atmosphere under the viaduct arches in Kreis 5. It has 80 seats indoors and 90 seats in the garden with a view of Josefwiese. In the neighboring Bogen F, in addition to regular concerts, private celebrations and corporate events also take place. The catering is always handled by the kitchen team of Restaurant Viadukt. As part of our work integration project, we offer supported apprenticeship positions and daily structures for young people and young adults with difficult access to the first labor market. As a cook, you are co-responsible for the smooth running of the kitchen operations at Restaurant Viadukt. You assist in the production of lunch and dinner menus and take over a station in the à la carte kitchen. We place great value on an innovative and seasonal menu selection with varied vegetarian and vegan dishes and work in shift operation without a curfew. In cooperation with the kitchen team, the restaurant management, and the social work professionals, you also ensure comprehensive support for the participants of the work integration project. You are a creative Cook EFZ and bring several years of professional experience. In everyday professional life, you value high quality and implement your skills and knowledge on all kitchen stations with great enthusiasm. You enjoy working with apprentices and are motivated to pass on the necessary know-how to them. As a flexible, innovative, and open personality, you also enjoy committing yourself to a young, interdisciplinary team.
