Your tasks

• Technical and personnel management of the fiduciary team
• Advice and support of customers in all fiduciary matters (national and international)
• Preparation of annual financial statements and tax returns for companies and private individuals
• Monitoring and optimization of accounting processes
• Carrying out reviews for the activities of the team
• Further development of the service portfolio in the area of fiduciary services
• Management of your own customer portfolio
• Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
• Mandate processing and market development
• Management of special projects

Your profile

• Completed training in the field of fiduciary services, finance or comparable
• Further training as a fiduciary with a federal diploma or expert in accounting and controlling is an advantage
• Several years of professional experience in fiduciary services, ideally in a leadership position (TL or LT)
• Strong customer orientation and communication skills
• Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working
• Very good German skills in spoken and written language, good English skills would be an advantage
• You communicate skillfully and confidently at all business levels
