The Personalamt des Kantons Zürich is responsible for all personnel, labor, and social security law issues of the over 30'000 employees of the Kanton Zürich. The Human Resources Management (HRM) department includes a large number of tasks and is part of the Personalamt. HR consulting, basic vocational training, employer branding, and case management are at the center of the work.

You get topics rolling, connect the right people, and turn concepts into lived practice. In doing so, you accompany change processes and team developments and contribute your expertise in leadership and organization.

The position is temporary until 30. April 2028.

Your tasks ###

• You introduce new HR instruments and leadership processes in the Finanzdirektion and accompany them through to practical application - for example, with employee surveys, leadership development, or succession planning.
• You help design programs and measures around leadership, cooperation, culture, and learning and accompany their implementation in the various areas of the Finanzdirektion.
• You accompany organizational change processes and team developments and work closely with HR consulting and other involved specialist departments.
• You design and moderate workshops and accompany teams and managers methodically and practically through change and team development processes.
• Together with POE, HR consulting, and other specialist departments, you pilot new HR approaches and tools and accompany their introduction in the Finanzdirektion.
• You participate in HR projects, take on cross-departmental tasks, and ensure knowledge transfer within HR Management.

Your profile ###

• You have a university degree in HR Management, personnel or organizational psychology, or a comparable qualification.
• You bring several years of experience in a comparable HR function as well as sound experience in accompanying organizational change processes and team developments.
• Leadership topics are familiar to you and you know various approaches regarding leadership, cooperation, and organization.
• You think analytically and conceptually, maintain an overview even with complex issues, and develop practical solutions.
• You possess high consulting and communication competence, moderate confidently, and succeed in involving different stakeholders and perspectives.
• Modern HR instruments and current HR trends are familiar to you and you are interested in new approaches.
