Your tasks As Senior Manager, you will take over the management of demanding customer projects in healthcare (focus on hospitals) and combine the dimensions of processes, IT, and organization into convincing, effective overall solutions. Your tasks at a glance Independent management and responsibility for complex projects and programs \- from the first idea to successful implementation Development of practical, effective concepts that noticeably increase the performance of our customers Ensuring the quality and future viability of the solutions Long-term empowerment and strengthening of organizations for the sustainable anchoring of changes Project control at all management levels through clear, goal-oriented communication and as a connecting interface between strategy and implementation Building and maintaining trusting and integral customer relationships Professional development of Corealis Consulting and our employees Your profile Sound consulting experience in healthcare with a focus on transformation projects (at least 5 years) – especially in the fields of construction target planning, operational planning, process optimization, and supply chain management Strongly pronounced result- and quality orientation with a profound understanding of hospital processes (\- and support processes), IT, and organization Proven competence in the empowerment of customers and the successful management of change processes in complex environments Excellent communication skills and a high degree of responsibility Master's degree or comparable qualification How we tick Our attitude: Appreciative, structured, and at eye level.
