Reservation Manager ### #### Tasks & Challenges • Processing of professional telephone and written reservations • Efficient processing of all reservation inquiries • Active sale of rooms and vouchers • Maintenance of the guest file and processing of correspondence • Management of all reservation inquiries and bookings for groups in cooperation with internal interfaces • Promotion of up-selling and cross-selling opportunities • Ensuring the timely processing of reservations, cancellations and payments • Ensuring quality standards and implementation of quality management • Carrying out monthly commission settlements for all online travel agencies (OTAs) and travel agencies Qualifications & Competencies • Completed training in gastronomy/hotel management • Professional experience in upscale hotel management (5-star is an advantage) in reservations • Dynamic personality with very good communication skills • High self-motivation and assertiveness • Decisive, responsible and independent • Structured, expeditious and solution-oriented way of working • Good overview, organizational talent • Stress-resistant • Languages: German and English fluent, other languages an advantage Opportunities & Perspectives A young, innovative team in an internationally renowned establishment awaits you.
