In the Project Management & Business Engineering team of the Sub-Portfolio Risk, Legal & Compliance and Gesamtleitung, you will design central control, risk, and compliance processes of Zürcher Kantonalbank, connecting regulatory requirements, business processes, and technology. ServiceNow is one of our strategic platforms, the use of which we will specifically expand in the coming years, including in third-party risk management, process management, data protection, and data quality management.

For this, we are not looking for an administrative role, but a personality who structures complexity, critically questions existing structures, and develops viable solutions from diverse needs.

Your tasks

• Taking on the role as Product Manager and Business Engineer according to SAFe for selected ServiceNow products
• Analyzing complex business processes and requirements, critically questioning existing workflows, and deriving functional target images and implementable solution concepts in collaboration with Business and IT architecture
• Structuring diverging stakeholder interests and leading them to viable decisions
• Shaping the Target Operating Model for ServiceNow and further developing roles, responsibilities, governance, and collaboration models
• Assessing new requirements and use cases with regard to business value, feasibility, standardization, and strategic fit, as well as ensuring sustainable development of the platform instead of a collection of individual solutions

Your profile

• Completed university or technical college degree, for example in Business Informatics, Banking & Finance, or Business Administration, or a comparable education
• Several years of experience as a SAFe Product Manager, Business Engineer, Solution Consultant, or in a comparable role at the interface between Business and IT
• Very good knowledge of ServiceNow and its platform logic as well as the ability to classify functional requirements technologically; you do not have to develop yourself, but should understand what lies behind it technically
• Confident acting at the interface between Business, IT, and architecture as well as the ability to connect different perspectives
• You have your strengths in strategic, analytical, and networked thinking and are a valuable sparring partner for your team and your stakeholders
• Very good German and English skills
