In this versatile function, you will undertake various activities in the fields of payroll, payroll administration, and social insurance for 100+ employees at various locations in Switzerland. You are responsible for the payroll (Abacus) including monthly payroll runs as well as year-end tasks, coordinate/monitor personnel budgets, and actively participate in the annual salary/bonus and profit-sharing processes. Furthermore, you will take on tasks in payroll-related HR administration as well as in HR administration (e.g., entries and exits), and are the competent contact person for line managers regarding questions on labor/social insurance law as well as salary-relevant topics. In addition, you are actively involved in various HR projects and support the Head HR diversely in daily business. To optimally master this exciting challenge, you have completed a commercial apprenticeship and bring a relevant HR further education (e.g., social insurance specialist, payroll specialist, HR specialist). You already bring several years of experience in payroll accounting including preparation/execution of payroll runs, which you have ideally gained in comparable functions with high independence in SMEs with various occupational groups (e.g., industry, construction, research). You also possess good knowledge of Swiss labor and social insurance law. Furthermore, you are a skilled MS Office user and have already been able to gather sound practical experience in dealing with HRIS systems (especially Abacus). You communicate with stylistic confidence in German and can ideally also communicate in French/English. We are looking for an independent, analytically gifted, and proactive service personality who maintains a cool head and a natural dose of humor even in hectic times.
