Tasks

• Operational advice to managers in all personnel-related matters
• Management of the entire recruitment process - from personnel requirement planning to the conclusion of the contract
• Accompanying employees and supervisors in development, conflict, return, disciplinary, and separation talks
• Co-design and further development of modern HR processes, instruments, and systems
• Support in personnel and succession planning as well as in talent management processes
• Planning and implementation of training, workshops, and employee events
• Participation in cross-departmental projects as well as support during new openings
• Predictable travel activities (decentralized HR organization)

Requirements

• Completed further training in the HR field (e.g., HR-Fachausweis or comparable qualification)
• Several years of professional experience as an HR Business Partner, ideally in gastronomy
• Very good knowledge of Swiss labor law and HR processes
• High digital and data affinity, confident handling of HR tools
• Strong consulting competence and confident appearance towards managers and employees
• Proactive, independent, and flexible personality with high social competence
