About the company ###

• For our client, an internationally active industrial company in the greater Zurich area, we are looking for an experienced personality as HR Manager (m/f/d). In this versatile position, you will assume overall responsibility for the local HR function of a production site and act as a strategic and operational sparring partner for managers and employees.

Tasks ###

• Responsibility for operational and strategic human resources work at the site (approx. 140 employees)
• Advising and supporting managers in all HR-relevant topics
• Responsibility for the entire recruitment process including onboarding and support of employees throughout the entire employee lifecycle
• Contact person for labor law issues as well as employee relations topics
• Support and accompaniment of performance and talent management processes
• Ensuring correct HR administration as well as support with payroll topics
• Creation of HR reporting and key figures as well as participation in internal and external audits
• Responsibility for compliance with labor law requirements and internal guidelines
• Leading and participating in local and international HR projects
• Optimization and further development of HR processes and systems
• Promotion of a positive corporate culture and high employee engagement

Profile ###

• Sound professional experience in a generalist HR function, ideally as HR Manager or Senior HR Business Partner
• Sound knowledge of Swiss labor law
• Experience in the areas of recruiting, personnel development, employee relations and payroll
• Experience in an industrial, manufacturing or technical environment is an advantage
• Confident handling of HR key figures, reporting and HR processes
• Experience in participating in or leading HR projects
• Structured and independent way of working
• Very good communication and advisory competence
• High social competence and empathy
• Entrepreneurial mindset and hands-on mentality
• Very good German and English skills
