Specialist Inventory / Child Assets 80-100%

For our Inventarisation / Kindesvermögen department, we are looking for an experienced specialist starting 1 February 2027 or by arrangement. The Inventarisation / Kindesvermögen department records the income and asset circumstances of the persons concerned as of the reference date. To this end, it prepares inventories of assets, estates, as well as child assets.

Tasks ##

• You independently and autonomously create inventories of the assets to be managed, inventories of assets, estates, as well as child assets.
• You independently process complex financial matters and extensive inventories (for example with company holdings and international connections).
• You ensure the protection of child assets even in demanding financial situations (for example in cases of inheritance, attachment and bankruptcy).
• You conduct hearings with relatives and heir representatives regarding financial matters, including competent advice and documentation.
• You carry out property and inheritance law clarifications and process solution-oriented, demanding professional questions and problem situations in connection with inventories.
• You record assets in apartments and lockers.
• You draft decisions for the authority.
• You support the department management in technical and strategic topics and undertake the deputy role during their absences.
• You participate in projects.
• You develop new guidelines, develop new processes, introduce them and drive digitalization projects forward.
• You advise and train professional legal guardians in the field of inventory and child assets.

Profile ##

• Sound commercial or comparable training, supplemented with further training in the areas of notary, finance and accounting, auditing, taxes, fiduciary or social insurance (Federal Diploma/Higher Federal Examination HFP) or Bachelor FH in Business Administration / Law / Economics).
• Further training in the field of child and adult protection law, property and inheritance law is an advantage.
• Several years of professional experience in financial and legal matters, preferably in a division of distribution, notary, tax office, in social or similar areas.
• Experience in conducting training is an advantage.
• Strong communication and conversation skills, even in demanding situations.
• Independent, responsible and exact way of working.
• Conceptual and networked thinking.
• Confident use of the MS Office suite.
