HR Partner Operations 80%-100%, Bern and Zurich

The nationally-led Human Resources sector deals with and is responsible for personnel matters for the entire SSR. Human Resources assists SSR employees in all HR topics, provides them with an offering of continuous training that keeps pace with the times, and is responsible for the complete implementation of the most modern key processes in the HR field.

Tasks ####

We are looking for, with immediate effect or by agreement, an HR Partner 80-100%

Within the HR consulting team, in the scope of Operations, you will deal with the following topics:

• Acts as a strategic interface between management and employees, assuming overall responsibility for all HR processes within their area of competence and accompanying the Operations division in the current phase of transformation.
• Supports and advises line managers in all personnel matters, particularly regarding recruitment, salary definition, conducting interviews with employees, professional development, and career management, ensuring compliance with internal directives, legal provisions, and company standards.
• Provides qualified advice on labor law, organizational, and operational issues, assuming the role of the first point of reference for all matters related to employment relationships.
• Manages sensitive cases (e.g., conflicts, absences, or disciplinary situations) with great sensitivity and professionalism.
• In close collaboration with managers, contributes to the implementation of personnel policy and the guarantee of HR standards.

Requirements ####

• Empathetic and solution-oriented personality, capable of actively accompanying employees and executives through transformation processes.
• Solid multi-year experience in HR consulting gained in complex and dynamic corporate contexts of comparable size.
• Broad and in-depth knowledge of human resources, including methodologies and future-oriented developments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact clearly, appropriately for different interlocutors, and confidently at all levels of the organization.
• Availability to work regularly at the Bern and Zurich locations.
• Excellent knowledge of German and French, with a minimum level B2 in French.
