Job Description ##

• Primary contact person for customers via telephone and email regarding service concerns and technical questions
• Receipt and processing of fault reports, service requests, complaints, as well as spare part orders
• Coordination and scheduling of service technicians in German-speaking Switzerland to ensure smooth customer service
• Support of service technicians with organizational and technical questions
• Creation and follow-up of offers for maintenance, service, and repair work
• Monitoring and coordination of logistical processes in the service area
• Maintenance of customer, service, and order data in the ERP system
• Close cooperation with internal departments to ensure high service quality and customer satisfaction

The Successful Applicant ##

• Several years of professional experience in a comparable position in internal sales, customer service, or a service environment
• Technical basic training with commercial further training or commercial training with strong technical understanding
• Enjoyment of customer contact as well as strong service and solution orientation
• Organizational skills and the ability to maintain an overview even in a dynamic environment
• Experience in handling ERP systems, ideally SAP
• Very good knowledge of Swiss German and German as well as fluent English skills
• French language skills are an advantage
