You will assume overall operational and strategic responsibility for the German-speaking Switzerland region. In doing so, you will lead and develop your managers, ensure sustainable economic performance, and actively drive the further development of the 40 gastronomic businesses. As a central interface between operational units and support functions, you will promote efficient cooperation and successfully implement strategic corporate goals.

Your main tasks include:

• Overall responsibility for the operational, personnel, and economic management of several restaurants in German-speaking Switzerland
• Leadership, coaching, and further development of the division managers as well as promoting a performance-oriented leadership culture through regular site visits
• Ensuring goal achievement in the areas of quality, service, finance, and operational excellence
• Implementation of strategic guidelines as well as active participation in growth, change, and optimization projects
• Building and maintaining sustainable customer relationships as well as representing the company towards clients
• Controlling cross-divisional cooperation and coordination of central support functions
• Analysis of key figures, identification of potentials, and initiation of suitable measures for performance enhancement
• Participation in budgeting and forecasts

• Higher vocational education or Bachelor/Master's degree in the field of hotel management or business administration.
• At least 10 years in upscale gastronomy, hotel management, or institutional catering and at least 4 years in a comparable leadership function in an operational multi-site organization.
• Pronounced leadership competence of management employees and in complex organizational structures.
• Ability to connect different functions and hierarchical levels and create cohesion.
• Pronounced strategic and entrepreneurial thinking
• Strong operational implementation capability and high result orientation
• Experience in change and transformation management
• High customer, service, and quality orientation
• Confident appearance as well as pronounced communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to successfully coordinate different interests and clients
• German at native level, very good French skills and good English skills are expected.
